I hadn’t used my Prophet 600 synthesizer for a while, guess a year or so. When I took it down to the club for an afternoon soundcheck, it started playing by itself!  Very cool, I found it quite musical in a modern way. I sat down by the piano and improvised together with it.

When I came back for the concert the same night it was quiet.

My techincal teory is that some parts was weak and far off spec but returned to their orignal value after being powered on for a while. Still it’s hard to understand how it could generate notes and change sounds like that.
