The Oberheim OBX is the fattest sounding polyphone synth I have heard. I don't have any solo clips with it now, go to the Peloton band and you can hear it there.

I have a Minimoog from around 1972. That is a early model, and the sound is amazing. The older minis have the older sound board which I find a bit more unstable more alive and warm. This one is also before they made some changes to the filter, so the filter distorts in a wonderful way if you have two oscillators through the filter (listen to the rock'n roll clip).
